Perfect for student use, the 1600 series offers a wider opening for more leg room, a Lift-Lid top and accommodates oversized chairs. U-shaped leg frame connects directly to an 18" x 24", 5/8" thick laminate desktop for optimum support. Frame is 1-1/8", 18 gauge steel, and is welded to 3/4" 18 gauge steel braces that support the front and back of the book box. Sturdy, swaged legs feature a black frame with nylon cushioned swivel glides, and adjust from 22-1/2" to 31-1/2" height.
